Regency Cafe uses coffees roasted by True North Roasting House in Seattle, WA. The owners at True North know their coffee and consistently produce the best roasts we have ever tasted...not to mention they only pay a fair price for their green beans and do business with responsible growers. We receive coffee from True North twice a week to ensure that our drip and espresso is always fresh.
